How you can help the Jefferson County Historical Society!!

Make a Donation!! Tax-deductible donations are welcomed to assist the Society in its efforts to identify, present, preserve, and promote the history of Jefferson County.  With your help, the Society can better sustain and expand its educational, archival and promotional programs to celebrate the rich heritage of the county.

Become a member!!  Membership is open to all who have an interest in the history of Jefferson County.  Click on The Store page to purchase a lifetime membership for $400 or to submit Annual Dues of $15 after January 1st each year. Benefits of membership include:

• An annual picnic at a historical home
• Two membership meetings with guest speaker
• The annual Magazine of the Jefferson County Historical Society
• The quarterly Guardian newsletter
